Wigsbuy.com Scamming company This company, Wigsbuy.com, deserves 0 stars for scamming customers. Their wig pictures are copied from other websites while they send out inferior merchandise that looks nothing like the posted pictures. Customer service and returns are useless. Stay away or you will lose your money and have an ugly wig. This website, Wigsbuy.com, is a scam!

Ordered wig and my credit card charged… Ordered wig and my credit card charged on March 4. No information sent regarding shipping or tracking. I emailed company and was told wig would be shipped March 29. However never received email about shipping. Email company again April 5 to cancel order. They responded April 7 stating I couldn’t cancel because my ordered was shipped on April 7. I would Never do business with this company again. Poor customer service and Wig hasn’t been received yet.

Please review before you invest the one star reviews are accurate as that is the only way to warn future consumers not to invest in this product. Any pictures you have seen as to what happens to hair pieces in these reviews happened to my hair piece. Of course it is hard to complain or reach anyone to complain, it is some overseas number and once again Asian thieves rip off consumers in this country.
