My bank stopped payment until I approved the transaction because they aren't credible, I should've saw this coming. Once I received the order it was the wrong color. You need to know there is a BS 30% restocking fee subtracted from your refund ALSO they are trying to take shipping costs from my refund that I already paid for. 4 weeks later, we are still emailing back and forth disputing the actual total of my refund even though I sent them proof and still no refund. SCAM ARTISTS.

Low quality product - they will not provide me return details I purchased flip in hair extension - it has arrived with very poor quality of hair and product. I want to return it for a refund which is simple ? No - I keep getting chased with emails about Exchange, what is wrong with the product, why don't you like the product which is delaying my refund. After a week of trying I have not been provide with any return address and want to charge 30% restock fee. China based company. Avoid.

broke in a week I am a stylist and have ordered tape-in,u-tip and clip ins with no issue. ordered a client of mine as well of myself a pair of the halo extensions. Both sets, the wire broke. my clients broke within 5 days, mine just after wearing them only 4 times. very expensive and not good quality. i had the BABE halo extensions for 4 years with no breaks. i wish they still sold them :( wrote them to try to exchange, no reply. tried again and got an automated response. Very dissapointed as I told my client it was always great quality. i cannot fix for her, or return so i feel like as her stylist i failed her.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE I ordered hair extensions and spent an extra $25 to have them delivered within 2 days. I never received my package and I have bought from this company before and have never had to sign for a package. I received an email saying the package was return to them and I asked them politely for my money back because I never received anything they said no and sent me a tracking number. I tried the tracking number and went to my local UPS and couldn't find anything. I just got off the phone with them, the gentlemen told me he would refund me my money once they get the extensions back. I told them they already have them because I have an email saying they were returned. I just want my money back for a product I never recieved. Horrible customer service and I feel like I was SCAMMED... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. and on the site they said they do happily refund your money, obviously not!!!

Terrible company I sent a photo of my hair colour so that they could match the hair extension they recommend a colour & I purchased that colour. When I received the hair extension the colour did not match. I returned the item & asked for an exchange as I didn't want to pathetic 30% restock fee. I posted the item & had a return to sender if undelivered. I have not received an exchange or a refund nor has my return been sent back to me. They now have my money & original hair extension that was never used & I have nothing. They refuse to send me an exchange. DO NOT BE SUCKED IN THIS WEB SITE IS A SCAM.
