Beyond my expectations. I had another storage space and company on hold, unfortunately I found out that there were a lot of theft happening at the facility. I called Lakewood Storage and Christian answered all my questions and more. He was kind and courteous. I felt my things were in a safe place and area. I appreciate and would like to Thank Christian, for all his patience and kindness during my transition.

Excellent customer care I had such wonderful service customer service recently getting my first storage unit - I went back to get another one . Thank you Susan for all your help with everything . You went above and beyond and even gave me a much needed bottle of water to drink on a very hot Rocklin summer’s day .

Kindness Matter's Must Share, managers Bev and Pat... have hosted me in and out of their property since 2019. Their kindness has gone above and beyond for me. Personally I must share a of feeling of comfort and security. I have rented from them at least three different times with my hard walk. These managers have always given such kindness. Wonderful place with wonderful people…HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been a customer of the Stanford Ranch Self Storage ever since its opening several years ago and I have nothing but positive words. The manager, Susan, is an active young woman that is always ready to help and answer my questions. During hot weather she offers us water and the facilities are all clean. Stanford Ranch Self Storage is a secure space with kind and friendly people. A wonderful place with wonderful people…highly recommend to everyone!
