He provided excellent customer service, his communication skills were on point, and he kept me in the know about where the driver was each day until the final destination. GBSmooth and Easy Process I was able to speak to a real person who answered the phone and understood my need. The process was smooth and I was kept informed about the status of my shipment all along the way until it was delivered. When in these situations they are stressful, and to have a company like AirFreight that took on the burden without issues was a level of customer service you don't find these days.
