I have never experienced the level of care and personal attention to detail in any human transaction of my 75 years of life that was provided by this outstanding person, She was always there, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, concerned and just plain nice, A difficult shipment was smoothed and coordinated beyond what I thought possible. Dozens of phone calls and emails. She was on top of everything. She seems to always be at work and available. If I had a business Jen Sylvester would be my manager of Customer Service, period. Christine Davis I had the pleasure of working with Christine Davis at Amerifreight. She was professional, kind and sincere. Another carrier canceled my transport 24 hours before pickup and Christine amazingly got my car picked up and shipped in just a matter of hours.
