Fantastic service from start to finish Fantastic service from start to finish. We had a small amount of furniture moved from UK to Spain and the whole thing could not have gone more smoothly. The company accommodated perfectly our request to deliver within a restricted time frame, and both the collection and delivery teams were incredibly efficient and respectful. The office staff gave back up and reassurance throughout with thorough and very responsive communication. I would highly recommend this company who give excellent service and great value for money.

I recently moved from the UK to Spain I recently moved from the UK to Spain, and used Matthew James; the whole operation went very smoothly, from initial enquiry to the delivery of my belongings to Spain. Absolutely Fantastic! Highly Recommended! From the first phone call to everything being delivered, Matthew James were fantastic! Their communication was great, they did everything they said they would when they said they would. My move was from the UK to Madrid using their packing service and the shared load service. The guys packing the load in the UK and unloading in Madrid were brilliant - I had several very fragile items - everything arrived in absolutely perfect condition. I was kept up to date and told in advance of every step of the process, the service, customs requirements etc. - everyone at Matthew James made the process so easy and straightforward. Not quite 5 Star A very impressive first visit survey and a good start with day 1 packing However moving day we did have a few issues - kettle packed away too soon, had to remind to lay floor coverings due to wet weather and chased - by email and phone call unnecessarily for additional fee re waiting charge. Staff were polite and hard working though we did get the impression that they may have been under a bit of time pressure but overall we do not appear to have suffered any damage Well done but a bit of room for improvement
