Wished I found them sooner! Everyone I have had to communicate with in this company has been great, very responsive and super helpful. Shipping is so easy now, I am not spending hours getting quotes through different companies, I call it my "1 truckstop shop" The claims process is much easier than going through shippers directly, as well payment and booking for transport is a breeze! And if there is something on hold or pending, they will reach out to you to make sure it isn't forgotten about. So happy I found freightera, wished I knew about them much sooner! Big shoutout to Simona, my rep. She provides an unmatched customer experience, and was very thorough in showing me how to navigate the website. :)

I was offered a coupon for our next… I was offered a coupon for our next freight but nowhere did it ask for my coupon code to redeem. Would be nice to be able to use them when they're offered. Other then that, I like that I don't have to contact multiple vendors for shipping prices, Freightera has them all in one place.

Limited integration with ecommerce plateforms We're using Ecwid as our ecommerce platform. There is no integration between freightera and ecwid which forces us to manually enter and quote all shipments and parcels. Other than the integration issue the platform is great, nice to see multiple prices in one shot.
