When I moved from one unit to another he made the move painless. He was kind enough to get an extension of my monthly rate when I was due for an increase. He is always kind and considerate.

She was a pleasure to work with and helped through the whole process. I never rented a unit before and she had all the answers. The process was very efficient and she explained the ins and outs. Great customer service The process of locating and reserving a storage unit was efficient and easily accomplished online. The on-site manager at the Jacaranda Blvd. location in Venice, Fl made the move- in process a pleasure and without stress. Janice, the onsite manager, walked me through the process and the selection of a unit. I have had other storage units, but Janice made this one very easy and seamless. In today's business environment it is difficult to find great customer service. This storage location provides it.
