I have walked in to this facility and I… I have walked in to this facility and I had awesome experience with Gregory. He was kind and has so much courtesy. He helped with me with what I needed. He had great customer service skills which I appreciate the most. I will recommend him to anyone.

My daughter had a unit at 7014 Gunn… My daughter had a unit at 7014 Gunn Hwy, she had some life threatening situation to which she had to move far out of town , there for my son and I had to move her belongs out of the unit, she was not told to turn in her lock and key after vacating the storage the assistant there was rude and nasty to her when she explained her situation and threatened her with collection and law suit, he also threaten my brother with the same threats when he returned the lock and key for my daughter. People like him should not be working in a place that deals with customers. I DO NOT recommend the storage units on 7014 Gunn Hwy rude and nasty employees
