I called on April 22 I called on April 22, 2024 and Pablo helped me get started. I went after rent and met with Robert at 2650 Southwest 28th Lane, Grove location where he helped me get a storage in less than 30min. Place is clean and just the size I needed. Robert explained everything to me and was as helpful as Pablo was in the main office. Robert set everything up and I am glad I went there first and final. I didn't have to look around. The price was perfect for a 10x5. Thank you for all your help.

I walked in a couple minutes before closing great staff I walked in a couple minutes before closing and Erica Rodriguez was polite and welcomed me and showed me a couple spaces even it was closing time.She could have said sorry we are closed but she took the time to show us. She greeted me with a smile. She is very respectful and kind. She helped us out and showed us around. She was able to answer all of our questions. I would recommend trusting Safeguard Self Storage on 800 west Flager st Miami FL It is very clean and they she really take there time to help you Erica Rodriguez deserves more than 5 stars.

Cleanliness & Customer Service I’ve had my unit for many years now & have dealt with the same people for most of them. However, one in particular has always been very helpful & friendly over these years. Her name is Tracy Truesdale (Store#100121). She has always kept her store very clean & has wonderful customer service. I would recommend her facility to anyone who may be interested in a self storage unit.
