Outstanding Service The car arrived perfect, the driver was a true Professional & arrived a day early, I am truly impressed with the service & I would highly recommend their service!!! Thank You!!!

On Time, and Great Price I went on the internet, got a quote, received a phone call, made arrangements, a super cool dude came to grab the car at the location we discussed, then several days later, exactly in the timeframe we discussed, another fine gentleman dropped off the car at the location we discussed. All parties communicated well, and the car was delivered in the exact condition it was loaded onto the hauler. I could not be more satisfied.

I was quoted $845.00 to transport my… I was quoted $845.00 to transport my vehicle from Southern California to Austin Texas. The night before the vehicle was scheduled to be picked up I received a text asking me to call ASAP to confirm my appointment. I was informed by the dispatcher that the price was going to be $980.00 to ship the vehicle. What can I do the vehicle needed to be in Austin by Monday. They where scheduled to pick the car up on Thursday and I started receiving calls that the driver was running late. They did not pick the car up until Saturday night at 11:00 pm. I was forced to meet the driver several blocks away as he would not drive into my area. When the car arrived I received a text message from tyhe driver stating that if I wanted my car I would have to meet him as he would not drop the car off in my area. I was forced to drive an hour to pick up my car. Not sure who is giving these guys 5 stars but they are full of BS. The driver did not speak english, could not read his text messages or voice mails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY AND RIPP YOU OFF AT EVERY CHANCE THEY GET. THEY ARE JUST BROKERS.

Horrible experience Horrible experience. Non-existent communication. Don’t count on car being picked up or dropped off on anticipated dates. Don’t expect call, text or e mail from them. DO expect to be called day prior to pickup so they can raise your rate a couple hundred dollars over quote! I should have cancelled then. I should be able to get my $200 back! I had been lied to several times. Lena in dispatch dept admitted I had been lied to from her Manager! She apologized. She was helpful but driver was rude. Driver answered phone and spoke English. The minute there was controversy he said “ no English “ text only! I deserve a small refund of $200.

The final price was higher than quoted… The final price was higher than quoted but well worth it!! Our yellow Corvette was hauled back home in a great big enclosed carrier. Impressive. The driver was great and very professional !! Thanks Road Runner!!
