Laurynas, our agent, was meticulous in processing our shipment from CA to the UK to make sure we didn't have any issues. Because of this, everything arrived on time and there were no hassles with UK customs. A friend who moved back to UK last year using a different company had her shipment delayed in UK customs for a month because the paperwork hadn't been completed properly and she has a huge extra bill! BTW - both removals teams in LA and UK were extremely professional - very careful with our possessions and very friendly.

This company reached a new low of… This company reached a new low of dishonesty I moved my furniture transatlantic. The packaging was everything but smooth. They came in and a tornado erupted! Too many people and too many loose ends for me to stay on top of simultaneously. Upon receiving the household items I found out that several boxes were missing and the items that were actually received were all broken. The owner tries to “fix” the situation as long as I agree to write a good review and removed the honest review of my experience.
