With OptimoRoute we plan our routes in minutes and in that time our customers are informed of our ETA. During the day they know exactly when we get to their place. And when we are there our drivers have the tools to register the delivery. Excellent tool.

AUBefore selecting optimoroute I have… Before selecting optimoroute I have tested few softwares and decided to go with OR. Now after almost 2 years using it daily and very satisfied. It allowed me to replace my paper and people knowledge based processes by a system paperless process. Also now It’s much easier to replace and on board new drivers. On the top of this, it save me and my teams time. I strongly recommend. Improvements opportunities. Routes are planned for cost and efficiency but quality and customer satisfaction is also important for my business so the app could have some AI features that gives you other parameters to plan, like typical route and customer priorities.

DEGreat Win and Upgrade of our processes We work approx. 3 years with Optimoroute. Since that day we are finally able to organize our logistics in a appropriate and customer focused way. its a big win for our company and helped us massively during our digital transformation. we are quick, able to apply random changes fast, and always on top of things. functions like "running late" are such a win, as we can inform our customers in advance of possible delays...so no more frustration on customers side when the drives is stuck in traffic, just for example.....also a great customer support..thanks Domo and Team for your great work :)
