Missing details My shipment arrived with missing address details, so the team had to deal with it and for that reason there was an additional fee was to be added to the expenses, but after explaining the reasons and that it wasn’t my fault, they were very understanding and helpful and kindly waived the fee. Thanks to customer service agent Saeed Mansour.

High Prices. I have been using MyUS for over 5 years now. Recently, a friend recommended another service to me. However, I found that the prices for the new service are 100% higher than MyUS. I would suggest lowering your prices, otherwise, this will be the only time I use your service. Fyi used the dimensions weigh and normal weigh and you are double their prices.
