Make sure the US address you get isn't to far from your resident The company did great, the only issue is the mail address is in Portland on the West coast and I live near Toronto Canada so the riship fees are enormous. I found another Cie that is locate in Ogdensburg NY we're it make more sense.

Frustrating experience Edited to add: Reship has reached out to me via email and is working to get my situation corrected so that I still receive my package. They are having it sent back to their warehouse so they can resend it with the proper paperwork and I am EXTREMELY grateful! Will edit this review again once I do receive my package. I contacted reship before I had my package shipped to them as I wanted to be sure it could legally be shipped to me in Canada. I was ordering a gallon of epoxy resin as I run a small business making resin dog tags. Reship told me there would be no issues with my shipment, so I proceeded and had my resin shipped to them. I paid the $98 canadian shipping fee and am now being told that my package cannot be delivered to be as it contains dangerous goods. Reship has disconnected or blocked their phone number from me and will not respond to any emails I have sent. After looking at the google reviews and seeing a rating of 2.1 with countless reviews stating others had been scammed, I'm pretty certain at this point that's exactly what's happened to me.

no care taken in packaging, nor extra services added I paid extra per item upon consolidation into the shipment. none were wrapped individually. They were all put together in a single outer layer of bubble wrap and not even put in a box, but had cardboard taped fully around it. These were hardcover books and without separate wrapping (paid extra for each item) they rubbed together and scratched. Without being in a real box with the structure to support it, most of the corners were smashed and dust jackets wrinked. I paid $75 to forward 3 books from UK to US and they are all damaged because packaging instructions were not followed nor a real box used for international shipping. After filing a claim I was refunded my shipping forwarding costs.
