GBSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a broker, not a moving company. I specifically asked them and they lied and said they were a family owned business. Like everyone else, I had trouble with the pick up dates they promised and the estimate was worthless. Had to pay almost double the day of the move. I haven’t gotten my delivery yet.

GB4 stars Pickup and drop off were both timely. Movers themselves were professional and careful not to damage anything. When they delivered and reassembled the beds I found my only issue. They didn’t know how to reassemble them. My son’s bed was unusable. Mine was a mess but fixable. Instead of telling me they didn’t know how, they staged them as reassembled and my son’s bed collapsed when he sat on it. Not good.

GBI found this company had decent reviews… I found this company had decent reviews so I booked a move that was about 750 miles. The movers showed up on time to pick up my items but they claim the square footage was massively underestimated and said that for the amount of furniture I had, they would have to charge almost 2x what I was quoted. I ended up getting rid of some items rather than paying the higher charge which was extremely frustrating. Then, the movers did not show up to my new apartment on the scheduled day. I figured there would maybe be a few days to wait for the delivery. It is now a full week after the delivery date, no one has reached out with any updates. When I called to ask, I was told it will probably be another week. These are the sort of issues I was hoping to avoid by using a reputable moving company. I would stay away from this service, this has been a huge hassle.

GBa maze ing!!! These guys from Moving Solutions were amazing! Arrived a bit early, worked quickly yet carefully, and finished the job in less than an hour. Absolutely fabulous service!
