Would use Transport Auto Luxury Inc Again in a heartbeat!! Worked with account exec Alex Bernson last summer and again earlier this month (Aug 2018). Shipped our MDX to Seattle last summer and a Ford F-150 from Minneapolis to Tacoma WA via truck and on to Fairbanks AK via ferry and then truck. The latter was especially tricky. We had zero problems both summers. Bernson was on top of things more than less from start to finish and is very effective: helpful, pragmatic, no BS, and not defensive. Great to work with! Driver was a hard working, honest, and conscientious young immigrant who reminded me of my family’s work ethic and desire to be an American citizen. Excellent!!!!

Shane exceeded my expectations...as did driver! Shane coordinator outstanding customer service...pick up and delivery in very narrow window. Driver “Fred” went over vehicle with fine tooth comb...both pick up with dealer and delivery to me. Vehicle delivered in outstanding condition.
