Horrible Experience If you are okay with extremely poor communication and Tempus not actually knowing where your shipment is, you should use Tempus. We found out our car was picked up from the dealer 18 hours before Tempus did. Tempus told us it would be delivered on a Thursday afternoon. Thursday evening we reached out and Tempus had no idea where our car was. The system that is supposed to track the shipment doesn’t really work so we had no idea if our shipment was going to arrive. For example our car was coming from Minnesota to Pa and at one point it said it was in GA. It was planned to be en route for 36 hours but ended up being a 3 day experience. We understand delays happen but not without proactive communication. Horrible experience.

These guys are amazing These guys are amazing. John took over my car order and was able to make things easy. Provided that peace of mind by tracking my vehicle while it was in Transportation. It was consistent. Gave me estimated delivery time daily. I was able to sleep once he took over my order shipment went above and beyond job duty. Highly Satisfied Customer I requested Tempus Logix to transport a vehicle from Nashville to Memphis. They literally picked it up the same day I made the order. I originally requested the vehicle to be delivered to my workplace. When the driver found out that I had gone home for the day, at the time the vehicle arrived, he delivered it to my home for no extra charge. The extensive communication from the driver and the supervisor during the whole process was exemplary. I highly recommend this transport company!
