Efficient and very helpful Not only does the company provide essential equipment and supplies, the staff are pleasant, helpful, and do their best to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. They may not always be able to fully meet an individual customer's needs but, my experience is that they will do all that they possibly can. Tip-top service! I purchased some 'book binding basic' tools and supplies - only I'd forgotten something and ended up putting two orders through. Mandy picked this up and collated the two orders together so I only paid for 1 lot of P&P. My order was packed very carefully and the quality was tip-top.
