Would recommend Great, constant communication. They mean what they say, and they back up what they say with their actions. When I expedite something, it is definitely expedited. I plan on using them in the future for when my customer needs something NOW. Or at the very least within the same day, depending on where it's coming from. To say that Tim went above and beyond… To say that Tim went above and beyond is an understatement. After first looking at the challenge, he revisited his resources and came back with a solution that worked great for our transport needs. He did so with flexibility on the timing and provided us with continuous updates, at least 2-3 times per day as the cargo was being delivered across the country. I ABSOLUTELY would seek out TEC in the future for my interstate cargo needs.
