On each occasion, the business of packing up and transporting my belongings was done efficiently (you should see how well they were packed!) and everyone involved was helpful and pleasant to work with. Fantastic! From the time they arrived at the house they packed the boxes up perfectly and loaded everything onto the truck in amazing time. When we arrived at the new location, they came across a few difficult corners for maneuvering the furniture but they did it smoothly and precisely working well together as a good team. Lied About Piano Move Please listen to what I am saying. I have stated in every one of my emails that I should have been told in advance that your company does not move pianos up more than a few stairs, as confirmed by your driver and that point has never been acknowledged. You will tell your next victim the same thing when they ask. A piano mover uses a grand piano skid. I see the roadies move them up and down all the time. This has nothing to do with taking a window out and renting a crane or any of the other incomprehensible comments Sasha made in broken English. What a dope! The stairs are plenty wide and the turn at the top will not be a problem for whomever I hire to bring it up thirteen stairs from the basement and then the thirteen stairs you were supposed to traverse. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and leave a bad review, although I am certain that means nothing to you. I will be sure to let my real estate agent know what a bad experience I had, too.

Speedy Crew, Excellent Service Greg was responsive and flexible with scheduling and made coordinating a breeze. The moving team was very prompt and efficient. They moved my items in 3 hours for an estimated 4 to 5-hr job. They disassembled and reassembled furniture with ease and precision and were careful not to damage the items, or the former or current properties. Would highly recommend to others in need of movers.
