Don't use Clubfeast, it's not worth it I've continued to have the WORST customer experience with Club Feast. You can assume at least one meal/week will be delayed. The communication randomly goes out so you don't even know when your order was delivered. Their customer service team doesn't help at all either. It's not even discounted anymore, so this app is truly a waste of time. Use a different service.

Been using Clubfeast for over a year… Been using Clubfeast for over a year now, I genuinely love it! General savings is about 30-50% when compared to other food delivery apps. Customer service has been always helpful, I had few times when the order arrived late and when it was too late I got a credit. It has also been continuously improving which is promising for a new service with more dish options, on time delivery and general features.

It does seem too good to be true It does seem too good to be true, meals for that cheap? I really was setting myself up to expect a subpar delivery service based on the price difference. I was pleasantly surprised when I not only got my meal within the first 20 minutes of the time slot, but it was HOT!! The driver followed the no contact protocol and left it in my designated location. Will absolutely be using Club Feast from here on out :)

It's Good It's Good! There isn't really much more to it. I’m not the biggest fan of food delivery apps but thankfully Club Feast gets rid of most of the hassle that comes with the monotony of getting the same food delivered that I already know to my house and has helped me find more places to discover near me. With the pandemic winding down I do not order much from any delivery apps but on the rare, off chance that I do I will be using Club Feast to find someplace new that I have not visited before. Who knows, if we get back in lockdown, I'll use it even more.

I will definitely never use any other food delivery platform. I’ve used other catering companies and unfortunately have had TERRIBLE experiences with them, either them being too expensive or “cheaper” but with the worst meal options ever. I’ve been using this service for the past 3 months now and maybe it can be too early to say but the experience has been outstanding. Some of the things I like the most are: They are ALWAYS there and show up within their timeframe The technology behind their App and how it works is amazing Friendly and effective customer service Great communication I’ve never had a misunderstanding Let’s see how the following months go, but I’m sure they’ll keep on surprising me.
