GBCanceled me at the last minute!! Order Number 11379980 I had set up a shipping date with this company, because of their good reviews. The late morning the car was to be picked up, I got a text from the driver, asking me if I had booked with other companies. I told him no, this was the only company I'd booked with and I was counting on him to transport my car. He told me I had booked with other companies--basically calling me a liar--and canceled! At the last minute! Frantic--I was flying out the next morning--I called ABC and told them what had happened. I told them I needed them to find another transporter, and that I expected to pay the same price. The fee went up $400, and someone did pick up the car early the next morning. This whole thing was very upsetting and unprofessional, and significantly more expensive than originally planned. Order Number 11379980.
