Bad costumer here. Great business though Bad costumer here. I arranged my car to be shipped with ABC car shipping. Then the driver that was supposed to pick up my car canceled. Naturally I got very upset because it messed with my plans but luckily I was assisted by Chester. He was very patient with me and explained everything and tolerated my negative attitude without frustration. He worked diligently to get me another driver. I didn’t understand that the driver and the booking agent is two separate things and I blamed ABC shipping, but Chester was very patient with me and tolerated my frustrated attitude and explained everything.
