No hidden fees, excellent communication I used Googa Transport to move my Pontiac Solstice from Virginia to Georgia. From the first call with Steven communication was excellent. Steven found a driver who was available to pickup the next day. The cost for transport was within reason and the broker fee was the lowest of any other company that contacted me. Signing the contract was fast and easy. I was given the phone numbers for both the driver and his dispatcher and although there was a language barrier I was able to use Google translate and give instructions on starting my very temperamental car. The driver was on time and was able to get the car started and loaded with no issues. The driver took great care to ensure that my show car was properly loaded and secured for the drive. Delivery was to the minute 24 hours after pickup. Dispatch made sure to call me that night and give me updates on delivery time. The driver showed up at exactly the time they said he would. I am 100% satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Googa for vehicle transports.

When I booked with I Michael kept up… When I booked with I Michael kept up with me till transport. Unfortunately something happened to my driver but Michael worked continuously to get me a new driver. The new driver Sergyi was excellent picked up n delivered on time. Thanks again to Michael who did a great job.

Googa will NOT honor their contract! THEE. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. If I could give them 0 stars I surely would. According to their contract, a FULL refund is due since the order was cancelled prior to a Carrier accepting it. They failed at finding someone who would pick up my car at the amount that was invoiced. Googa representative is withholding a cancellation fee that does not apply to this circumstance. This is apparent in the contract which states in section 9. Cancellation and Refund Policy, paragraph 9a, that there will NOT be any extra cost or cancellation fee if the order is cancelled by the customer PRIOR to a CARRIER accepting the Order. Two Carriers wanted more money, and those terms were not an option. It is also stated in the contract that a customer can refuse the higher price without a fee, yet Googa will not refund the entire invoiced amount. Legal action will be taken, and their shady practice will be reported to the BBB and shared on all social media. I despise them withholding money that DOES NOT belong to them!
