Refund Retriever is an excellent… Refund Retriever is an excellent company to work with. First, they save us a lot of time and energy in tracking down refunds for late FedEx and UPS shipments. They monitor our deliveries and automatically file a claim when one is due. They follow up with both carriers making the process much easier for my shipping store.
