You never called us yesterday like you… You never called us yesterday like you said you would! That tells me you have no professionalism or integrity in your business practices. We need to know that as a company representative we can trust you , and at this point I'm not sure we can trust you or your company to deliver what you say. Word of advise take your money and run as far away from this sham of a company as you can. They are a complete fraud!

Best I've Found I had another company lined up for a Friday pickup of my classic car and after hearing nothing all week called them on Thursday to confirm. They told me a Friday pickup meant within five business days of Friday. No delivery promise. I called United Routes and they had a carrier there the next morning. The next day the car was rolling off of the enclosed trailer at my home. Today, three days after receiving my car and five days after canceling the order the first company called me to say they might have a truck available.

Absolutely flawless Absolutely flawless! I filled out a couple online quotes and waiting for the emails to come in, not only did I get the email, but I got a phone call to discuss the quote. Once I was ready to go, I called Patrick back and the ball started rolling, my car was pickup up quickly, and the driver called ahead to make arrangements (which made it easy, since I had someone dealing with the car on the other side of the US) once the car was picked up, it was only a couple days to Michigan, where the driver once again made arrangements ahead of time to drop the car off. I can’t say how impressed I was with the whole process, it was almost effortless. I know who I’m calling to ship my next car. I even shopped around a bit, and tried a fairly popular shipping website, but United Routes was still the best choice.

Exceeded Expectations!! Very professional and a pleasure to work with. Steve Schorr is the man!! He overcame my own created obstacles and made the delivery on time, in perfect condition, and didn't charge me extra, although they easily could have and I expected them to. He maintained contact throughout the journey and met every expectation. No hidden charges or fees. We will use United Routes LLC again to ship our classic cars and highly recommend you consider doing the same.
