3 cases ordered and counting I have ordered 3 cases of glass jars so far this year and all 3 orders have been delivered without a single broken jar. The condition of the box on the 2nd order was in horrible condition as a result of mishandling by the shipping company. I full expected broken jars, but when I opened the outer box, the inner box was in perfect condition. It was packed and cushioned extremely well. The shipping department at TricorBraun knows how to pack their goods. I will definitely continue to shop here!

I've tried to order twice--still can't get a shipment on the way I've tried to order twice. The first order disappeared after I thought it was confirmed. Now I'm trying again two weeks later and the website keeps failing. It says there's a captcha that keeps failing but it never pops up (not blocked pop ups). Then it keeps failing my valid credit cards. Then I called and the phone disconnected me. Then on hold. And then sent to voice mail because all their agents are busy--as if anyone is going to call me back. This is lousy purchase experience. I guess it's worth paying higher shipping to go back to containers and packaging.
