Smooth delivery, but frequent web-site timeouts are annoying My first time with this service. The delivery was smooth and included delivery pictures (which is not only proof-of-delivery, but it helps me find exactly where they delivered it), and their web site tracking was pretty good, especially with the ETA when the delivery is an hour or so away. The frequent time-outs and need for email/text “reverification” on the website was annoying, though.

Worse delivery ever. Left it on the streets for anyone to grab I got confused with a different delivery. Your delivery was the worse delivery ever. As you can see in the picture , they left the package on the street where everybody walks and grabs it. I always order Nespresso and they leave it at my apartment. Careless delivery ever!!!

Someone actually cares I have two small pups. They never knew the package was delivered; no barking... Perfect!! Placement of package was perfect as well. Not tossed on porch as has happened with another delivery service. Thank you so much.

reliable and convenient delivery. My meal delivery service used AxleHire to delivery my meals. 10/10 would recommend! They deliver with care, follow delivery notes, and are always on time. Definitely recommend.

so far As mentioned in my other feedback, the delivery person was professional, on time and handled the package with care. I promptly too everything out and placed them in my freezer or fridge and heated up one of the breakfast burritos that came with the order. I must admit I added half an avocado, everything bagel seasoning and Cholula hot sauce. The flavor was well balanced and the portion was just right. I will say it was quite bothersome to have to remove two pieces of onion from the burrito. I love onion but not the outer ring that is tough and papery. Please consider checking the quality of ingredients you are using when prepping these premade foods as care or lack there of is a reason why clients will consider purchasing those in the future.
