This time was different...I didn't have to prove why I needed storage, have to pay a bunch of fees, buy special locks, insurance. Just fill out a short form, pay my money and start unloading.I'm not pressured to remedy my over abundance of belongings, as it's very reasonable.

It was great at first It was great at first. When needed to make a change with rental, the prices changed and customer service was a bit uncooperative. When contacted the facility, was listed as having 2 rentals instead of the changes I had made.
