Awful Awful - gave me a guaranteed pick up date via UShip (which means pre payment) spoke to them - they told me Tuesday eve or wed am pick up. A week and a bit later I called to check when car was arriving they said they hadn't picked it up and weren't able to. Car is costing me daily to store without me even knowing it. Told me they'd call me back yesterday - didn't and aren't replying to emails now.

UAT did what they said they would. What more could you want? UAT communicated well with me when they picked up my car in Florida. They also let me know how things were going as they transported the car across the Country, and the driver remained available by his cell-phone if I had questions. He called me the day before delivery, then with an hour of warning prior to his arrival. He delivered the car to me undamaged and well documented. All of this was done for one of the lowest prices available on UBID. What more could anyone ask for??

Experience with transport company I was surprised to get my car in just 2 days. Very fast, efficient service. Office personnel professional, polite, and helpful with questions. I would recommend them to anyone first and look forward to using them again in the future. Only one recommendation. I was not aware that payment went to the driver after confirmation of delivery on my part. I did not know that I needed to go to the website to do this. Office person called me and guided me through this procedure. It was easy--only a click to complete.
