Bad customer service Bad customer service! I shipped a box last October and FedEx lost the box, when I filled a claim FedEx told me that the site which I used for issuing the shipping label should file the claim, I tried to reach them “shipixy” many times but no body answered ! And I lost the box and the reimbursement

It would have been flawless if I didn’t… It would have been flawless if I didn’t have to contact support for my shipping label. I’ll check back in when the package is delivered.

Affordable international shipping First time using Shipixy to mail a box to Germany. Very affordable pricing. Had trouble finding the shipping label but customer service helped me out quickly and emailed it to me. Will be using this service again.

There is no clear communication… There is no clear communication regarding when the customer will be able to print a shipping label. I have paid for my shipment and would like to print the label and get the box to FedEx; but I can’t until SHIPIXY sends me the label to print. I have checked my Junk/Spam folder as well as my inbox. So, right now I’m feeling cheated. Clear communication about how long it should take for SHIPIXY to send the label would help. After opening a Chat session with SHIPIXY, the customer service rep was able to email me the shipping label. If they had gotten me the label as expected this would have been a 5 star review.
