Staff is VERY helpful! I called several places in Summerville, SC trying to secure a storage unit. The only problem is that I'm out of state and was unable to find a facility that would allow me to lease the unit online. I called Global Storage and spoke to Brian at the Gum Street facility. He stated the same as the others, but went a step further and called around to another Global Storage facility to verify. He called back within an hour and walked me through the online proces, which was both quick and easy. That one extra step on his part has saved me from a huge headache and stress. Much appreciated and thankful!

Clean, secure climate controlled storage I find that every time I come to the storage facility it is clean, secure and everything is where it is supposed to be. I find the extra entrance door with key pad is efficient since I don't have to walk a long distance to get to my storage room. I am very pleased with the temperature and humidity level as I have furniture stored in my room. The staff when I first rented the storage room were very helpful, pleasant and professional in explaining all the details of the lease, insurance, hours, etc. I recoomend GLobal storage to anyone looking for excellent storage space.

The place is very clean I think the price should be a lot lower than what they charge also I disagree on raising the rent every year. Good business is when someone is going to be there for a while they should keep the rent the same. By working with the tenant thank you very much.

Clean & affordable! Representative / salesman was prompt when I left message inquiring about units. Showed me all the various sizes & was not pushy at all. Happily surprised at the cleanliness of the facility.
