A very good purchasing experience! We just had a very positive experience with Packwire. Once we selected our box and design (which was so easy to do), I received contact from Phil--he was my account manager. There were a few issues with some of our artwork, but Phil went above and beyond to make certain we were satisfied with the end product. Phil is friendly, professional and knowledgeable and represents Packwire very well. It's for sure we will be doing more business with Packwire--just an all-round positive experience that deserves the five-stars.
