GBCompetitive, Professional, Good Follow Through I needed a specific type of container that is difficult to find. We thought one had been located. I paid, then, before it was shipped we found out it was damaged. I was immediately issued a full refund and given options. Although we never located a replacement, the end-to-end process was totally professional. Rich did excellent follow up and pulled out all the stops trying to find the unit I needed.
