GBShip a Car went smooth Contacted Ship a Car and was sent an immediate email from Gabriel Lopez. He stated the process and rate to ship my Indian Motorcycle from Orlando to Noblesville, IN. The process was simple & easy, although more expensive than I had hoped. I trusted Gabriel and proceeded. I was sent a contract and all was set. The process was easy. I was told, the day before my shipper was to arrive he had raised his rate by $50. This was not Gabriel’s fault, but what could I do at this late date. The driver, Azat was in contact with me immediately and throughout the process. The bike was delivered today and without any issues. If I need to ship another motorcycle or call, I will 100% call Gabriel Lopez.

GBShip a Car Inc Ship a Car Inc. had me sign an agreement to have my motorcycle and tow behind trailer shipped from Vermont to California for a price agreement/contact for $1350. I had a prior offer from another transport company for $1650. I thought that was too high since the second item was a small 160 pound trailer and searched for a better deal. Ship a Car Inc. said they and their 5 star company could do it for $300 less, i took them at their word and signed the agreement. BIG mistake, they had 5 weeks to get items delivered, two weeks before pick up i called , emailed the company because i had not heard much from them - they got back to me and informed me that EVERYTHING was ready and on Track. Booked my nonrefundable airline ticket and was excited about my upcoming motorcycle trip. Months of preparation, planning, camp site visits etc ( 5000 mile non interstate route ). was relying on Ship a Car Inc. to live up to their promises hearing that they in fact did not pick up my Motorcycle on the dates promised , i was in a panic trying to phone and email them and finally the Monday before my Wednesday flight they got back to me with the news that they could not do as they promised. Belinda the rep i was dealing with seemed concerned about my disappointment but now a week later after all has been cancelled i still have not heard one word from Ship a Car Inc. to some how make this " Right " with the customer. Two things bother me the most, its not the countless hours of planning and research i did to make this trip happen nor the extra hours of work to accumulate 25 days of work, etc. , etc.. 1. During those 25 days i was to spend 6 days with my son and his family ( grand daughter ). I see them once a year -- that was taken away from me. 2. This supposedly 5 STAR COMPANY has done nothing to rectify this situation, this was the only time i could carve out to do this trip. So my plans may have to be shifted to next year. The company offered to try and get my bike there a month later -- but they promised that already and did not do it --- why would i let them try again -- i just can't move things back - its not that simple -- Ship a Car Inc. mis-represented what they advertised they could do -- put a unobtainable price to lure my business -- Wish i could rate them lower than 1 Star. GBWe wanted to thank SAC (Ship A Car) and… We wanted to thank SAC (Ship A Car) and the drivers for a very successful car shipment. We received the car, a Toyota Camry, on time and in good condition. The transaction/shipment was completed seamlessly and SAC kept us updated. The pickup in Dallas, TX was very easy and efficient. The drivers kept us updated on both ends. There were no surprises. Thanks so much for a great, on time, affordable, and effortless shipment. Thanks to Kristina at SAC. We will recommend and use SAC in the future.
