Excellent, reliable communication and service There is an enormous amount of variability in this industry and trust runs low. I was skeptical at first, because I needed a pickup guaranteed in a small window as I had read of horror stories of drivers not showing up. Michael was on top of it throughout the process, and the driver showed up exactly on time as promised. The secret sauce of Michael is that he is using his industry experience to weed out unreliable carriers and pick trustworthy, reliable companies. The driver delivered the car in less than 48 hours from Vegas to Seattle, much earlier than promised! If you have never shipped before and are worried - give this company a try. You won’t regret it!
