Extremely bad service! Extremely bad service! The team leader just ignored me when collecting my bellongings, they did not repack the boxes that I told them to repack, goods were stolen, they did not actionate the insurance company, they toke the money and ran away from any responsibility. Five months after my relocation I am still waiting for a simple repply about my stolen computer. Unbearable! Zero customer care!

Stress free international move The people at the front desk helped us navigate the paperwork, kept us informed and were very reassuring. The actual movers on both ends were careful and efficient. The best surprise was the excellent level of communication & personal nature utilized by the staff in contacting me. They could answer any question I had & tell me exactly how to accomplish the required paperwork. On the receiving end, I needed a little more time in order to establish a permanent address for delivery in Spain. IMN easily offered me storage space at a great price for the months that I needed.
