There were troubles, later resolved I tried to buy a virtual card at this service, paid for the card with the payeer.com pay processor - yet I got NOTHING: the order section was just saying "Pending payment"... I immediately started trying to communicate in their chat , yet I got no answer for a pretty long time. At last their chat came to life! It turned out it was there non-working off time! (NO mention about it at their site!) Later it turned out that their cards don't work at the sites I had been going to use mine for! At last they refunded my payment. So, I just wasted several hours(
