I called to go over the online shipping quote I received from them & was met with somebody screaming at me within 2 minutes. He quoted me over double what their internet price was, then was livid when I pushed back a bit and said that's the highest quote I've gotten yet. I had to just hang up eventually as he went into a condescending rage.
