I moved with Alliance van line team… I moved with Alliance van line team last weekend. They accommodate us with great care. They called us 3 times before to confirm the move in time. The whole moving team showed extreme professional behavior. They were all very skillful people. It was because of them I am here sitting in couch after my move. There is no way I am going to any other movers.

Horrible Horrible. The "binding" estimate is not binding. I was charged an extra $1,700 by the actual moving company. 2 antique wing backed chairs were completely broken and a grandfather clock was damaged needing repair. The cost of repair and replacement is around $2,000. The moving insurance only pays .60 cents per pound.

Very deceiving company.I hired them to… Very deceiving company.I hired them to move our belonging from Illinois to Florida.We were giving a Binding Contract from Alliance.We were moved by a company by the name of Insync Movers which we were never told another company would be moving us.We were charged an additional $1053.23.And numerous items were damaged and some items missing.Be careful when talking to them.Make sure you understand Alliance Van Lines is not who will be moving you !! I would not recommend this company!!!!!

Stay away This company seems to have an issue with their Cobourg location. 2 years ago I tried to book them to move my parents and got one very rude man on the phone after leaving multiple messages. 2 years later I've left 2 more messages and still no interest. I guess the 4k is money better spent elsewhere. Glad to see other locations are more engaged in assisting customers.
