Horrible Communication- do not use The lack of communication within this company made for an extremely stressful move. I was given a 3-day pick up window (wanted to charge $150 to let us know the day) and was told I would get a call the afternoon before they came. I called the day before my 3-day window for an update, was told the movers would call the day before so of they didn't call that afternoon then they wouldn't be there the following day. Didn't get a call until the following morning that they would be there in an hour!! We had to do a mad dash to finish packing our kitchenwares and it was a total mess. Now I have to hope for the best that I get communication for drop off in time to reserve the loading dock or it will be another $600 for shuttling our stuff. Absolute trash communication and would recommend going elsewhere.

Monster Mover Review From beginning to end, the service and experience with Monster Movers was incredible. Over the phone communications were articulate, clearly explained, and personable. Email communications were professional and detailed. My movers RJ and Davis arrived early, and could not have been more professional, polite, and pleasant on all levels. They were able to get all the moving done within my allotted timeframe- and were beyond gracious. They ACTUALLY jogged back to the truck when they weren't carrying things (as advertised... but SERIOUSLY they do that!). They were very business-like and I was super confident and trusting of their abilities, and didn't worry at all about the care in which my items were handled. This included a 300 year old wooden chest, that they were alerted of ahead of time and made sure to recognize before they started packing everything up. I would hire those two guys for any job, and they were a great representation of a well-run business. I can't wait for the next opportunity to recommend Monster Movers! Everyone here gets an A++ from me. These student athletes knocked it out of the park! (I believe it's RJ that plays baseball?) Whatever these young men end up doing for careers after college, they'll be sure to succeed with these amazing attitudes and work ethic.

Monster Moving and Storage Review Monster Movers did a move for my sister and mom up to Marlborough MA from the Orlando area. The crew arrived in Florida promptly and did a great job packing and getting the furniture ready to be moved. Both crews did a phenomenal job overall and were very polite. They were responsive and allowed my mom to rearrange her furniture at the delivery. The price was good and about $100 less than the estimate.

The office really sold us because they were accommodating and kind and the other movers hounded us daily. The actual crew that packed us up in Newton drive and delivered us to Winter Park obviously had a ton of experience and did everything by th e books,

Highly recommended Can’t recommend this company highly enough. I was desperate to have goods removed from a cleared garage the same day. They turned up at the agreed time and loaded everything quickly and efficiently. They were polite and helpful and did the job without any fuss. Price was also very reasonable. I would happily recommend them to anyone and would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks to the team I now have got rid off a huge amount of rubbish and have an almost empty garage. Thank you.
