Management great I only have one issue or maybe concern. I think if you rent a unit but don't need it the full month then thtunit should be prorated for days used

Terrible security, response and follow up to break in(s) I have been at the Beacon Storage in the Edmond, OK location for (4) years. I have had (2) break in's, the first resulting in 1K damage. Zero follow up with law enforcement and missed commitments to follow up. The latest was about a year ago, again NO follow up or response to my request for an action plan to address security. If there was ANY other local option I'd be gone. I would rate this facility and management a "F"
