Scammers Scammers Expired my three packages prematurely 14 hours ahead of actual deadline and charged me 60 $ for extension though I just wanted to extend for a day to submit shipment, then again expired my one package two days earlier and charging me 60$ for that too WOW that's how this scam company run by Chinese is working Please beware of these Frauds ❌❌, go to better options likes myus.com etc , USGOBUY is a Fraudulent Company.

Super impressed with their service. I have used USGoBuy twice so far and I live in Malaysia. What I am most impressed is two things: 1) that they really tried and fit all my packages into one box without wasting any unnecessary space. 2) after my shipment is received, if there are any refund due to lesser custom tax, for example, UsGoBuy will automatically refund me. The refund can be cashed out or keep in their USGoBuy wallet - my choice. Highly recommended.

I have sent hundreds (!!!) of packages… I have sent hundreds (!!!) of packages through USGobuy. I tried two other reshippers but switched to USGoBuy many years ago. They have been very good to deal with. They are the best I have dealt with. I strongly suspect the negative reviews here are mostly competitors trying to hurt USGoBuy, although misunderstandings can certainly happen when it comes to international shipping. Don't blame them for what the USPS or your local Customs does. And if you lie about value to reduce Customs, don't expect them to reimburse you for actual value if a package goes missing in transit.

USGoBuy recommended I have been using USGoBuy for over 2 years and found their services to be satisfactory. Sometimes their rates are a bit high but mostly understandable due to pandemic and increase in freight charges. I really like their package consolidating service which saves a a bit on shipping charges.

They said on their site that everyone… They said on their site that everyone would get an answer on email after 1 day but i still didn't.I ask us gobuy to have a decent contact because i sent my product their warehouse and i can not see it on the site or do anything!!
