Cuando reservas un envío, el equipo de servicio en línea no puede decirte nada más que lo que aparece en el seguimiento del transportista. Es inútil. Utilicé envia porque me defraudó otro transportista a través de Packlink que he utilizado durante años. Un asesor de eniva (David) se puso en contacto conmigo y me prometió mucho y que se aseguraría de que los precios y la entrega fueran perfectos. El gerente de Envia (Max Salazar) me aseguró que Envia es la mejor representada en muchos países y ... La entrega a través de la inútil compañía FedEx falló y se retrasó, e incluso el servicio de atención al cliente me aseguró que iba a ser buena y a tiempo (pagué express) - falló. Tú como cliente NO recibes ningún servicio - te dejan sin ayuda. Así que mi mejor consejo es - no utilizar Envia - o utilizarlos, o Packlink - pero sólo remem - no hay servicio (Las condiciones de pago en las que se paga por adelantado una tarifa por volumen, y no la cantidad real para el envío es muy malo y la información que tiene que dar en ser un cliente es extraño y estúpido) please be aware, that whatever they say - there is no service !! INTerrible customer service & False overweight charge. Terrible customer service, the ticket system asks for images and proof and the dialogue to upload it doesn’t work and they close tickets. Fake overweight charges and in communication to carrier directly let us know that they haven’t filed any charge. Envia applied 30kg of over weight charge on 0.2kg package.
