Delayed shipping and very murky information After fearing that we paid and wouldn't receive the boxes, multiple phone calls and emails and digging into the business online, we were unsure if we'd receive our boxes. After a delay, we have finally received the boxes as advertised. This was only after submitting a negative review and contacting the BBB. The team gave a very brief "the ship it is on has been delayed in the Panama Canal" reason for the delay. Even though the shipping logistics may actually have been to blame for the delay from promised delivery time, their transparency and information communication was difficult and frustrating. There are multiple companies with the same logo, many different general addresses (they never give an actual physical address for their business) Perhaps there was just a delay in ocean shipping, but I still suggest you look deeper into where the company is based, how payment is accepted (they just sent a pay link with no company info and we should have known better) I've recieved multiple calls and emails since posting this review from the company apologizing and explaining. I still don't feel like they are transparent enough in their process, business, and logistics.

We worked with their team, and they were extremely communicative in providing us with a quote, timeline, and updates. We were able to add UV gloss and foil to our packaging for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. The finished product looked fantastic, and it arrived in time for a major tradeshow.

Customer service Customer service, product quality, and ease of communication from this company are very impressive. Their pricing was very transparent, as most companies make you go through many steps before giving you a price. Moreover, the price was the best by far, with no deterioration in quality. Absolutely going to use them again!

I was in urgent need of custom printed… I was in urgent need of custom printed packaging boxes after a lot of shipping drama with an overseas supplier. We contacted Mr. Harry and David immediately (unlike most other packaging box companies) and they sent over the first structural fit check box within a few days. They provided me with another fit check box for Saturday delivery when I needed to change the design. After we sorted out the fit and the artwork, they gave me a fairly short lead time for production and shipped in promised time . It worked perfectly for me. It is a pleasure to work with Harry and David on all my packaging needs.
