Could have gotten a 4 stars but one… Could have gotten a 4 stars but one star was taken away due to my service was interrupted by a walked in customer .. Your rep stopped helping me and turned to help the other customer!! My movers had to wait an extra 20mins, making them late for their next scheduled moving!!

FAST, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF! Yes, very decent treatment & proffessional staff! The gentlemen who helped me showed me exactly what size storage I needed. He was fast friendly and helpful. The only problem to watch out for is the cockroach infestation the outdoor storages. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. I'm sure that it is common & unavoidable, so we cleaned everything thoroughly with Clorox wipes gloves on upon the closing of my contract. The manager was also fast, friendly & helpful. They offer water, coffee and candies.

Don't honor their online discounts!! I made an appointment over the phone was told the rate and online said 50% off for 2 months. Then he asked my age and said I qualified for another 10% off senior discount. Went to the place in Oceanside for the appointment. He refused to honor the 50% off for 2 months AND said there is no senior discount. He said it was the discretion of the manager. I WALKED OUT!!! WAY to expensive for that part of Oceanside.

Top Notch Storage Facility Carla is a perfect representation for this facility. She is kind, courteous and professional. She took the time to show us our options. The facility is clean and well lit. Hand trucks are available to make moving in and out easy. They even have a moving truck available free of charge when moving the big stuff! Just replace the gas. And of course it is within a certain mile radius that you get it for free. Climate controlled, clean, safe and easy access were important to us and Lighthouse hit them all. We are extremely happy with our choice.

Highly recommend. :) This is the second time I have used this storage facility. The unit is climate-controlled so belongings don't get moldy or overheat. It is also clean and well-lit, which is great if I need to go there late in the day after work. Jennifer and Andrea have always been open, kind and accommodating, and I have observed they treat other tenants that way too.
