RIPPED OFF BY LIGHTHOUSE STORAGE If I could put no stars I would Complete Rip off. Tried to keep my unit by charging excessive fees. The trick is low cost upfront but will bust your butt on the backend. Don’t be one day late or it goes from 60-300 no exaggeration. I’m letting everyone know that those youngsters and the owners are scamming ppl in Evansville, Indiana. This could be happening all over. Enter with caution and if the try it file suit against them and BBB.

Could have gotten a 4 stars but one… Could have gotten a 4 stars but one star was taken away due to my service was interrupted by a walked in customer .. Your rep stopped helping me and turned to help the other customer!! My movers had to wait an extra 20mins, making them late for their next scheduled moving!!

Liars and crooks Unfortunately, there isn’t an option for zero stars. This place lied about the spot available, and left us stranded in our rv at 5:30 at night. The manager agreed that there was no way that the space was able to accommodate the size that was promised, but then couldn’t even refund my money! Do not use this place!!

The staff is thorough, pleasant, and has responded to my every need with excellence. The units are clean and secure. The prices are competitive. My friend referred me and, as advertised, they received their referral fee without hesitation. I am grateful for such excellent service for a convenience that I currently need.

I am thrilled with this spacious and… I am thrilled with this spacious and easily accessed new storage facility in West Palm Beach. Glad I was able to move in while initial discounts were offered. It's filling up real fast and at their regular rates were considerably less than I was paying at a lless desirable facility! I am a Happy Customer after only 2 weeks!!!
