My precious Pottery was securely delivered and not one piece was damaged which was my biggest concern. I think Mark for being very receptive answering all of my questions because I know I can be sometimes annoying. If you have a chance to use these movers I recommend you do so because you won't be disappointed.

If there is a one sticking point i can find, it's that the delivery was a date late, but they called ahead of time about issues with the truck. Things happend and thats understandable, but i had to rearrange my schedule and go an extra day without my stuff. However, the price was on point so i still saved alot of money by going with them over the other choices!!

They were able to professionally orchestrate my long distance move from LA County to St. Louis. If you’re thinking of hiring this company, but don’t know what to expect, I’m here to tell you that you can expect great things from them! They exhibit quality moving traits during each phase of the move and it never falters, which is extremely important! I recommend them if you’re planning a move out of California.

I would give zeros stars if I could I would give zeros stars if I could. I have never had a company show such flagrant disregard for common courtesy. Their estimate was not competitive with others I received, so I declined it. They have continued to call me multiple times a day from multiple numbers ever since, refuse to take me off their call lists, argue with me when I ask, and then HANG UP ON ME. Strongly advise avoiding any contact with this company.

I would recommend US Household Moving I'm very happy with this relocation and would recommend US Household Moving to all family and friends. When you're in a crunch or need this stuff done on short notice, they are available to get the job done. Our movers backed out and we needed a mover within a week. I researched reviews and companies online and these guys looked good so i took the jump and i'm not disappointed one bit. Overall, everything went according to plan and we are now in our forever home starting our new lives!!
