I had an excellent experience with the Custom Box team I had an excellent experience with Custom Box Packaging. Every step of the process was smooth. Nancy Jones ushered me through the process of design and was willing to make changes until I was 100% happy. I received my order quickly and as promised. The quality blew me away when I opened the first box. The colors and font are an exact match to our school's standards. And the feel of the box is that of superb quality. THEY ARE A SCAM AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED.... LOOKS LIKE THERE ARE MANY SIMILAR TO THEM ONLINE NOT SURE WHERE THEY'RE BASED AND USING RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES IN THE U.S.

Highly Recommend! Started a small scale clothing business and got paper shopping bags printed with my branding. DO NOT TRUST!! DO NOT TRUST!! I placed an order with them a year ago, and it was great at first. Had a change in my order and was told I could send in the design anytime. I received part of my order, but the quality wasn't the best, and then they ghosted me, after taking my money when I tried to get the rest of my order manufactured and shipped. Upon seeing the other reviews, I saw that they scammed others so BUYER BEWARE. Sad too, because I chose them based on their good reviews from 2020.
