GBWE SHIPPED OUR CAR FROM NIAGARA FALLS… WE SHIPPED OUR CAR FROM NIAGARA FALLS N.Y. TO DALLAS TEXAS. IT LEFT OUR HOME ON SEPT.14 AND ARRIVED AT OUR DAUGHTERS HOUSE ON SEPT 18, AS PROMISED. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY AND ARRIVED PERFECTLY. I TALKED TO THOMAS ON THE PHONE AND HE WAS VERY CURTIOUS. ALL WENT AS THEY SAID IT WOULD.

CADont trust your contract/commitment with US star trucking company LLC This US star trucking company LLC out of Knoxville TN. gets zero star if that is possible. My mother and stepfather (who are seniors and a veteran) had a contract signed months back for pickup this past week, they called 1 hour prior to pick up and said that the price is now going to be +$300, asked for a new contract to be signed. The explanation was basically that this is our busy season, and we now need more money than was contractually agreed. I assume that they had an option to squeeze in a last-minute customer in and unless we paid more, we were simply bumped out of the Scheule. This is typical of a half as*** company who would deliberately take this action against their customers. Not trustworthy, whatever you do, get a different company to transport your car!!! Also, don't want to see some sorry ass answer from the owner to try to make it sound like there was a legitimate reason for this like "We apologize for the unpleasant experience you had. Please email your problem and your Order ID to our email. Our Customer Service manager will resolve the issue at the best ability." They don't have a customer service manager let alone customer service!
