But I received my packages in good condition “thank you” Until I received the package I don’t know what’s going on and it’s really difficult to accept that.

MVSlow I was not informed of receipt of the item from the Shopforwarding service even though it has been almost 2 weeks since the courier delivered it to Shopforwarding. I emailed and then got a reply saying it's already in my country and I can collect it.
